Three Batavia townhomes damaged by fire

The Batavia Fire Department responded to a call at 8:16 p.m. about a car on fire inside a garage in the 400 block of Mill Street, according to a news release. Firefighters arrived to find heavy fire in a town home that had spread to units on each side of it, the release stated.
