Aaron Thomas, 25, of the 100 block of Warren Avenue, Aurora, was arrested for operating an uninsured motor vehicle at 9:48 a.m. Oct. 16 in the 1500 block of Aurora Avenue.

Robert Brooks, 52, of 1300 block of Reflection Drive, Aurora, was arrested on a warrant at 12:01 a.m. Oct. 16 in the 1300 block of Aurora Avenue.
