This week, we speak with Peggy Grosse, 47, manager at Succulent Seafood at 192 W. Gartner Road. She graduated from culinary school at the College of DuPage and worked for the Hilton Corp. for about 10 years in catering. She took off some time to be a mom and then came to Succulent Seafood.
