LOST DOG

I have lost my black and brown miniature pincher mix. Her name is Hazel, she was last seen wondering the corner of 59th place and south Homan Avenue. She is very scared when away from home, and around strangers, but she’s a good girl, she does not bite!!
WE MISS HER SOO MUCH.
Anyone who has seen her please call (773)355-9026 thank you.

  • Yes I have posted on there already, and have almost 100 shares 😌. I was just looking on there and I see a lot of the animals are reunited with they’re families. I’m hoping for the best.

  • Thank you Ev.

Found Labrador Retriever

A good citizen found and is holding onto a Labrador Retriever on 59th/Pulaski (Dollar Store.)
We tried calling animal control but had no luck. We don't have a day to wait for them to come pick up this baby.. She is a very sweet girl and we can tell that she comes from a very loving home. Perhaps, she just got out the yard.
I have a pitbull and the other good samaritan has a pitbull as well and unfortunately,...

I have a pitbull and the other good samaritan has a pitbull as well and unfortunately, we are both unable to take this sweet baby home because we don't know how our dogs will react to another dog coming into our home. If this is not your dog but could foster this baby until we find her mom and dad.. It would be greatly appreciated. This good samaritan has this baby on a leash on 59/Pulaski.

  • E_Spencer hello

The store clerk said he was going to keep her for awhile and see if someone claims her.

  • Pulaski Animal Hospital is at 54th Pulaski / 55th.Please see that this dog gets a chip scan there...

Neighbor Dispute

My parents just informed me of this. I am so upset. Maybe you guys can help.

My dad's neighbor asked me dad to go half and half on a new fence between their house. The fence was supposed to be high so it could keep his huge dog from jumping to my parents yard. Well my dad gave him 1,000 cash about 2 months ago.

No fence yet. When my dad asked for an update on the fence, the guy...

When my dad asked for an update on the fence, the guy flat out told me dad he spent the money and won't put it up anymore. My dad asked for his money back and guy said no!

My dad is partially blind, and he is so naive. He did not sign an agreement or anything and doesn't want us to get involved. I am so irritated that this man took advantage of him!

There are no receipts or agreements, just a video my mom took of them without them knowing. The video shows my dad giving him the money and the guy saying he will put it up within a week.

Is there anything my parents can do?

  • Call the Illinois Attorney General Office to see if an advocate for the senior citizen consumer fraud hotline will take the case at 1-800-206-1327 or refer you to someone who can. I have a proud dad the same age who finds himself in similar situations. I give him resources and offer help. Sometimes they listen to others outside the family.

Yes, please do call. & don't let this rat neighbor think this is something easy to do and get away with. Be careful, watch your language, etc. Don't let this get into a separate confrontation. But the Atty General's office is a good place to start.
    Good Luck
