Missing Chicago Infant Found, Police Searching for Mom: Cops

Royalty Wolf and her mother, 24-year-old Mikequera Randolph, were last seen May 14 near the 1500 block of South Avers Avenue, according to an alert from Chicago police.

Royalty Wolf, who was found near Francisco and Flournoy on the city's West Side, was being transported for evaluation and a search was underway for the child's mother, who was believed to have taken the infant, according to Chicago police spokesman Anthony Guglielmi. 

Randolph is known to frequent the area around the intersection of Pulaski Road and Ferdinand Street, police said.

According to police, the boy was standing in the 1800 block of South Komensky just after noon when another person walked up to him and opened fire, striking him in the face.

A 25-year-old man was shot in the right shoulder while inside a business in the 3900 block of West Roosevelt, according to police. The man was taken to Mount Sinai in good condition, and refused to cooperate with police, or to identify the shooter.
