2 questions

Hi Neighbors
I was wondering if anyone knows when Cozy Restuarant will open on Harlem at the location where Sally's use to be -seems like they have been working on for about a hear -you would think there would be not much of a transition ?
Second -there is a plot of land next to Marriott on Higgins that looks like there tore down entire building -are they rebuilding something there or perhaps trying to add on to Marriott? Live in the area and want to keep up with what's going on in the hood.
Thanks for any info you can provide.

No thanks for these folks

Thanksgiving Day at about 11:30AM, I was walking our small poodle mix dog by Oriole Park, grateful that our dog had survived an attack by an unleashed German Sheperd, in October. I spot two irresponsible dog owners playing fetch with their dog which was the
Same situation that lead to the attack on my dog & myself.
Apparently, they did not read the new park postings re. Unleashed dogs in the park. Or as one neighbor previously pointed out, they think city odinances don't apply to them.

Its our business because we're the ones who get hurt, due to their arrogance.

@Phill How do you know this? are you one of the suspects?

  • Phil, if you knew enough to comment you would understand how a dog thinks. A dog on a leash encountering a dog off leash can easily become dangerous. The dog on leash feels trapped and may act defensively. This can be interpreted by the dog off leash as a threat. Next thing you know, dogs are battling...with their teeth.

@Phil said, "well mannered (well trained) dog that can play off-leash"...

...well-mannered in your world includes attacking other dogs???!!!
