Which internet service providers are available for McKinley Park residents? I have not had luck finding alternatives to Comcast. I spoke to a small company 12Global that seems open to expanding into McKinley Park, but is not there yet.

    Congressman Dan Lipinski (D-IL) is renewing his calls for cleanup of the South Fork of the South Branch of the Chicago River, more commonly known as Bubbly Creek. Amazing School

St Bruno Catholic School has exceeded my expectations on my child's education! The teachers are amazing! The students are all being taught beyond subjects like science and math. They also are taught values, morals, kindness, compassion, etc. They have activities and events that allow parents and students to get involved and further build friendships. St Bruno offers before and after school care, a wonderful asset to working parents. I highly recommend taking a tour and seeing for yourself what a lovely community this school has built with their excellent teachers, staff and students!!

Help adults learn English at Aquinas Literacy Center!
Volunteer as a one-on-one tutor for just 90 minutes a week at 1751 West 35th Street on the southwest side of Chicago. All tutoring is in English, so you don't have to speak another language to volunteer. Volunteer tutoring opportunities are 9am-8pm, Monday-Thursday.
Join us for our next tutor training workshop: Friday, January 26 (6pm to 9pm) and Saturday, January 27 (9am to 4pm). Attendance on both days is required to begin as a tutor.
