Construction noise 811 Montrose

Has anyone else noticed that they are beginning construction around 6:15 a.m.? I have called 911 and 311 but if I am filing the only complaint we are all in for a miserable time all winter...please help by calling 911 as soon as you hear the noise.

This morning my doorbell was to rung at 6:49am. Not first time. Who is doing it? Street paving crews who need cars moved so they can repave. I don't own a car! Why not put up a sign the day before, now the trucks are honking to get attention of a couple of people who own cars to move them. They are wasting time waiting and disturbing scores of people. I've fought noise from garbage trucks coming at 4am. I've fought an apartment building illegally dropping construction debris from 3rd floor window into dumpster instead of using a chute. Life has become one long fight. I'm tired,

  • Good luck Cracked G., and Am, I understand your frustrations...it would be so simple to put up notices three days in advance. Gee, that takes planning....and report the garbage trucks (not the city's?) because they're not allowed to be operating before 7:00 AM. Use the same statute for which I provided the link and report the company, if not the city's.
