Wave Lakeview, a 30-story modernist apartment tower at 420 W Belmont Ave in Lakeview East, is Chicago’s largest condo deconversion.
The building is in a predominantly residential part of Lakeview East that’s often referred to as Belmont Harbor. The location affords residents quick access to the park, the harbor, Lake Shore Drive, and the miles-long strip of bars, restaurants and shops along Broadway and Clark.

I've lived in Boystown for 10 years and up until maybe a year and a half ago this store used to be open. But now it just has the same window display and the front door is covered in white paper. Tried researching what is going on with the store or the space. Anyone know? Googled it and didn't really find anything significant about why it has remained closed and either the space not put up for lease or sold. Just have been curious and finally remembered to post on here since I walk by it everyday.
