Does any one else have a problem with the blue bin pickups. They haven't picked them up 2 times in a row. They are too fussy. First they had the blue bag fiasco and now they are so particular that if there's one small item that doesn't pass muster they don't pick the trash up. i will just have my tenants toss everything into the black trash bins. What a screwed up city!!

Has anyone in the area noticed a long canopy erected by 1014 Paulina without any permits in the walkway between 1012 and 1014. It's attached to 1012 and happened within the last few weeks. I was going to mention it earlier but left town on business. Any feelings about it from the community, it has to be 60-80 feet long. I noticed no one has posted anything about this especially when such bold work is done without posted permits.
