We are so happy to be a part of this very special community! Ancona is truly unlike any other school we considered. Students get an outstanding education with a rigorous curriculum. But even more important to me, they really grow up to be great people. There is a strong moral framework of understanding and respecting others that is just beautiful. Teachers are experts in their field and beloved by the children. It's a special place.

Beware of Comed Impostor

At 8:40pm on Saturday, Sep 30th, a guy at his 30's buzzed our door, claiming he was a ComEd representative. He said he wanted us to switch to Green options and asked for our utility bill. I didn't show it to him. After chatting for a few minutes, he didn't get the information he wanted and left. I am not sure what kind of scam is this, but the whole thing is weird.

Companies like this periodically call me and try to get me to switch over to their company that will either supply gas or electric. It might have been legit and he probably said words implying he was with the electric company and then mentioned ComEd in the same sentence. I usually just say NO and then hang up. I think they came to the door once or twice but they can still hear a NO through the door too.
I really don't like them asking me for my bills either.
