There are FORMS that will convey property of a deceased for property, FORMS to transfer auto. FORMS to transfer ownership of car. FORMS transfer Bank Account. FORMS to get out of inheritance (property with liens and problems inherited.

Sign up and be notified if there is activity that would affect title to your building.

Innovations by Karen will protect many in the community from being swindled out of their property. So many south and west side properties are demolished because of inability to have clear title.

These transfer forms are FREE and require typical recording fees but NO Lawyer.
Follow the legal process (steps). It is easy.

Call and request a speaker come to your organization., It is free.

Is one of the problems a bankrupt city, state, county cannot afford lockup amd many criminals are left on the streets to committ even more crime? Is a solution to lockup in a lower cost county, state, country? AND provide educational training?

Should should innovative top brains Tesla, Amazon, Google, air bnb, Uber take a stab at solving inner city problems? It is clear government and social, scientists have failed.

The IG investigated Police Overtime to save $&. Should he investigate solve rate amd find out why it is so low?

We know that pod cameras are not used to their best advantage for solving crime.
