What's more of a concern Archer Heights, a few homeless people or a murder of a mother of three?

To the Archer Heights civies/politicos and their voting block:

"It stuns me that the priorities of some Archer Heights residents --including a few AHCA 'town fathers'-- is SO skewed!
In getting all up-in-arms over a small group of homeless men trying to survive on the mean streets around Archer Ave. and Kedvale (citing that some resident's kids going to school shouldn't be subjected to the sight of these homeless people).

Meanwhile, a confessed murderer--of a mother of three children (who was assaulted, murdered and stuffed in a bag left to rot in the local murderer's uncle's garage for two months!). That he has lived nearby right off Archer and Keeler all this time your children are/were walking to school.
(Now, I'm sure you wouldn't want your kids subjected to the likes of this demon
passing your kids on the street?!)

And, there's a lot more similar horrendous crime and criminals (shootings, stabbings, prostitution, armed robberies, child abuse and abduction, etc.) going on in & around Archer Heights....

Far worse to deal with than a few homeless men struggling to get by (even "the one in the wheelchair" as some complaining resident so nastily put it).

So, shame, shame on you folks! Your upcoming Tues day public library CAPS meeting should be about all this terrible violent crime happening in & around Archer Heights. Not picking on a few down-on-their-luck men....

Wanna do something pro-active (instead of complaining at meetings)-- help the homeless (teach your children a Civics lesson; & a moral lesson in compassion)....!"

How Safe is West Elsdon or Archer Heights Anymore??? (Rhetorical Q people, just read on)...

Several days ago, the news came out about "body parts found in a garage" on the
4900 Block of Keeler Avenue. Of a woman, a young woman, a mother.
It was called into police by "the homeowner"! A very, very horrid, sad new story
for this once-safe neighborhood. And very, very suspicious circumstances around this
entire terrible event....

Today, more on this story was published in the local paper (Archer Journal News, printed for publication, Friday, June 29, 2018)-- thanks...

for this once-safe neighborhood. And very, very suspicious circumstances around this
entire terrible event....

Today, more on this story was published in the local paper (Archer Journal News, printed for publication, Friday, June 29, 2018)-- thanks to Jim Hadac, Editor, for relating more of the circumstances.

The victim was also in the local front page paper in the past week or two; she had gone missing, family and friends were understandably worried-- and now....this heartbreak. Condolences to all of you.
R.I.P. Joyce....

Most people do lock their garages I assume....Many questions need answering here!

Never before has so much crime been breaking out in West Elsdon, Archer Heights,
and Garfield Ridge. This is egregious; step up residents! Be vigilant about your property, and report any unusual activity to the police (rather feel foolish, than feel afraid-- you may prevent a felony-- and even save a life. Too late for this poor woman). Step up police protection! Step up Civic Organizations, Alderman/woman, Step up.Mayor of this City!
Garages are for cars-- not groups of men hanging out in them, not for partying,
and certainly NOT for dead bodies! Sickening.....Sad, sad, sad.....
