Criminal activity

Residents are not being notified of neighborhood criminal activity in a timely manner.
If residents and guests are not notified by the city or association management companies, the criminals are free to attack again until they are caught.
There must be a better notification system sent immediately once an attack is reported by a victim.

If so your right about the In Chicago. He'll sadly receive a slap on the wrist and be let back out sooner than you think.
The politicians say they want to something. How about bringing back the death penalty for crimes like this
But that will never happen with all the snow flakes and politicians with no Bxxxs

Suggestions for Block of Land For Sale

Hi Neighbors. We noticed that there is a for sale sign at a parking lot on the 2100 Block of South Indiana (adjacent to The Lex and across from the Wintrust Arena). Our community needs a full grocery store and a pharmacy. Any suggestions regarding how we can encourage these types of businesses into our developing neighborhood?

The Lex is Getting a Subway
Ok ok - the addition of a Subway sandwich store to your neighborhood shouldn't warrant excitement, but for some reason it feels like this is worthy. Judging by the giant sign that recently popped up within some of the longstanding vacant space at the Lex, it looks like Cermak is getting another tenant.
