Mikequera Randolph, of the 400 block of North Harding Avenue, was charged Thursday with issuance of warrant for child abduction and one felony count of aggravated kidnapping, according to Chicago police.

The baby was found Wednesday afternoon near Francisco and Flournoy on the city's West Side and taken to an area hospital for evaluation but believed to be unharmed.
