15-year-old boy killed, 14-year-old wounded in Southwest Side shooting

On the Far South Side, a 19-year-old man was shot in the hand around 1 p.m. in the 400 block of East 103rd Street in the Roseland neighborhood. He was taken to Advocate Trinity Hospital where he was listed in good condition, police said.

The 15-year-old boy and the 14-year-old boy were shot around 3:30 p.m. in the 2500 block of West 45th Street, police said.

In the South Side's Gresham neighborhood, a teenage boy was shot shortly before 10 a.m. in the 7900 block of South May Street, police said. The teen suffered a wound to the foot and was taken to Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn, where he was in good condition.
