    3 injured in East Side fire
    Three people have been injured as firefighters battle a fire in the East Side neighborhood Friday morning, the Chicago Fire Department said. The fire is in two buildings in the 10000-block of South Ewing Avenue. One person was transported to Christ Hospital in critical condition and another was transported to Trinity Hospital in serious condition, the fire department said.
