The DuPage Children's Museum is hosting Day-Off Discovery day camps from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday, Jan. 15, and Tuesday, Jan. 16, at the museum, 301 N. Washington St.

Author Samira Ahmed will sign copies of her book, "Love, Hate and Other Filters," at 7 p.m. Monday, Jan. 15, at Anderson's Bookshop, 123 W. Jefferson Ave.

Women business owners are invited to discuss business challenges in a roundtable discussion from 9:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 17, at the 95th Street Library, 3015 Cedar Glade Dr.

Senior citizens interested in learning about different home options, such as independent and assisted living, can attend a lecture from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 17, at the Nichols Library, 200 W. Jefferson Ave.

Aavegh dance troupe will present "The Making of a Bahu" at 7:30 p.m. Friday, Jan. 19, at the theatre at Meiley-Swallow Hall, 31 S. Ellsworth St.

The Naperville Area Homeowners Confederation meeting will hear from area state lawmakers at 8 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 20, at the Naperville Municipal Center, 400 S. Eagle St.
