It was on December 23 of last year that North Side Housing and Supportive Services, the men's shelter in the Preston Bradley Center, announced happy tidings. Literally days before it was scheduled to close forever because of funding issues, a private donor (the Reva and David Logan Foundation) came up with enough money to keep the shelter running for several more years.

There are some gaps in this narrative big enough to drive a truck through...as the saying goes.
Hopefully North Side has learned from their past mistakes.
Baseless and vague....but ok.
I'm not sure what everyone in this comments section is implying, but if you really have nothing constructive to contribute than thinly veiled hatred for the impoverished, then I pray to god that you wake up tomorrow with a heart and some balls.
