About 5:55 p.m., a 20-year-old man was shot in the Noble Square neighborhood inthe 1100 block of North Milwaukee Avenue. He was shot in the arm, and taken in good condition to Stroger Hospital, police said.
Earlier Friday police said a 38-year-old man was shot in the back in the Chatham neighborhood about 2:45 p.m. in the 7800 block of South Evans Avenue. He was taken to the University of Chicago Medical Center where his condition was stabilzed.

Prosecutors said the woman drove two passengers in her white 2017 Dodge Journey to the scene of shooting in the South Austin neighborhood at about 7:30 a.m. April 29, but stayed inside the SUV while the fatal shooting occurred near the 4800 block of West Monroe Street, prosecutors said.
Prosecutors said Gordon drove two others to shoot Jemarion Jackson, 23, of Lawndale, while he was walking on Monroe Street toward Cicero Avenue, prosecutors said.

According to Chicago police, the crime spree began when Moore shot and wounded his brother at their home on West Adams Street. Minutes later, he carjacked a red Jeep a few blocks away in the 5200 block of West Jackson Boulevard and sped off, according to police.
On the inner portion of the 1400 block of North Lake Shore Drive in the Gold Coast, Moore alllegdly tried to carjack an 84-year-old man who was in a black Mercedes, but the man resisted and was shot in the shoulder, according to a federal criminal complaint filed earlier this month.
