Las Vegas Sun 2275 Corporate Circle, Ste. 300 Henderson, NV 89074

    Fear not the intelligent machine
Polls reveal most Americans fear artificial intelligence. Blame the culture, not the machines. Start with Hollywood's long love affair with robots running amok. Two iconic examples: the "thinking machine" HAL in Stanley Kubrick's 1968 movie "2001," and the rogue "Terminator" robots in a movie series that began in 1984.

We've heard from communities that earlier outreach around development for new multifamily homes and other buildings would improve how Seattle handles new growth. To that end, Seattle Department of Neighborhoods (DON) and Seattle Department of Construction and Inspections (SDCI) have partnered on developing SDCI Director's Rule 4-2018/DON 1-2018, Early Community Outreach for Design Review.
