Police on routine patrol at 12:30 a.m. Tuesday saw Viso entering a vehicle in a residential driveway on the 400 block of Edgewood Drive, authorities said.

    Three people, including two juvenile teens, were arrested and charged in Antioch for stealing property from unlocked cars, authorities said Tuesday. Anthony Viso, 20, is charged with three counts of felony burglary, one count of misdemeanor theft and one count of misdemeanor unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, Antioch police said in a news release.

Commercial buildings near the corner of Lathrop and North avenues in River Forest are seen Feb. 23. The properties would be included in a tax increment financing district that would run from Harlem to Thatcher avenues being considered by village officials.

    At an informational meeting Thursday on the establishment of a TIF district along North Avenue in River Forest, Village Administrator Eric Palm stressed the village's desire to be proactive and competitive with economic development.
