In his speech, Dr. King called upon the American people to come together to end racism and work towards a more equal and just society.

Coyotes

Two coyotes were spotted at Gompers Park on Wednesday (Jan 4) by a local dogwalker. Watch and supervise your pets at all times, do NOT leave them in the yard alone. Not a good idea for other reasons. Do not feed the coyotes as this makes them less fearful of humans and more prone to attack when hungry. :(

  • Two Coyotes attacked a deer last week at the condominium complex at Bryn Mawr/Pulaski. The deer was pretty mutilated....got away and fell in the lake and drowned. 311, CPD, Animal Control called and no one would come out. These coyotes are a definite danger to the area.
