Any board members or owners out there that have a property management they've enjoyed working with? Ideally with small to mid size condo associations. (IE 10-20 units).

Carjacking suspect orders dog to attack taxi driver, causes fatal crash nearby

Carandang, of the 2200 block of North Lincoln Avenue, was pronounced dead at 12:56 a.m. Wednesday at Northwestern Memorial Hospital, according to the Cook County medical examiner’s office.

Around 10:45 p.m. Tuesday, the victim, a 21-year-old male taxi driver, noticed Jorgensen and his dog “suspiciously walking around taxis” in a parking lot in the 200 block of West Walton Street, prosecutors said.

He drove for less than a mile before crashing into two vehicles near Chicago Avenue and Larrabee Street in the Goose Island neighborhood, police said.
