CHICAGO (CBS) - While superstitious for some, it's a tattoo lovers holiday: Friday the 13th. Friday the 13th is considered an unlucky day to most in the Western hemisphere. It occurs when the 13th day of the month falls on a Friday. The event occurs at least once every year, and sometimes up to three times a year.

Its worth a shot tell your friend, the results will be known fairly early in the process.

Inactive User - Speakeasy Custom Tattoo does tattoo removal. I've seen some of the removal work, and it looks good. They will be honest with you if they think your tattoo won't respond well to their removal system. It's not a fast process, and it's not pain-free, but it works.

  • I would like to know what the penalty is for squatting? It doesn't seem to be a crime. Maybe the guys can do boot camp or pay penalty $$ to the developer. I also imagine these guys are from the nearby COH or the Crib. A lot of the "southside" homeless youth are wandering around the north side.
Did the developer have a fence around his property? I pass by a lot of these half-built places and they don't have fences (or dogs).

  • It doesn't seem to be a crime? At the very least it's trespassing, and if they did any damage to the property while they were squatting there then it's criminal damage.

I don't understand from reading this -- was the woman walking South in the Northbound lane? Was she just trying to cross the street while walking in the lane? That accident happened near my building. That's a baaadddd intersection. I have seen too many times cars run the STOP sign (bec they didn't see it?) It's a layover for busses and when you cross you don't see traffic coming. I always said somebody would be hit at that corner. We need better signage or flashing lights. All it takes is another accident for somebody to do something.

As sacrilegious as it sounds, not everybody is a fan of deep-dish pizza. For transplants to Chi-town, a literal pie with tomatoes and cheese might not be their cup of tea. Thankfully, Chicago is a city built on diversity-right down to our pizza selection.
