If Trump were really smart, he'd just expand Medicaid to everyone, perhaps with a rising base of premium costs based on age and income. That would satisfy his base of rural voters who actually WANT government support for healthcare and Social Security. And since Medicaid is an old and very popular program, it doesn't come with the political negatives of the word "Obamacare." But again, the people Trump has put in place to actually effect his policies seem to be dead set against this kind of solution.

I been paying Obamacare penalties for a while now. I can't wait for Obamacare to end.
