  • Who cares what the self-important, narcissistic, possibly schizophrenic, or megalomaniacal cowards have to say? Not me, that's for sure. Posters who hide behind pseudonyms bore me. This site was meant to bring us together as a city of neighborhoods. Instead, it's just a grade school, with neighbor hoods. I'm challenging EB to require subscribers use their real names. I'm betting the cowardly trolls, with their multiple accounts will disappear. They aren't as tough as they want to appear. Good luck to the new pizza parlor! Peace, eventually!

Hey, JJ, that's your right to keep spilling your drool all over each and every thread. And let me be clear; I'll keep piping up when you're dumping negative, hate-filled garbage all over the place.
And I'll gladly keep reminding you how you told all of us how you're "just getting started".

  • Actually, I am completey satisfied with the 24th district and my beat. The alderman's attitude towards criminals, not so much. I have attended CAPS meetings and they weren't focused on aldermans policy. Are they now?

However, I completely reject the assertion flying around that attending a CAPS meeting or not attending one is a prerequisite to commenting on the police in the community.

Lost dog seen

Just saw gray spaniel-ish dog in alley between Columbia and north shore at Lakewood - ran west. Had tags. Was eating from a garbage bag - looked lost.

  • He is out a lot. I've actually returned him home. Unfortunately the owners don't seem to care the he gets out on. Regular basis. I've called anti cruelty but by the time they arrive the dog is back home. He lives on the 1300 block of Columbia. North side of the street It's the house close to the red line with black iron fence around it.

  • Well, I am going to drop off the thread to avoid the feeding frenzy. Good luck and Good night. Have fun.
