Very good wassup! You have figured out that RogersEdge is a real thing instead of trying to insult someone because you were ignorant of its existance.

Now for the fun part - you have been quite critical of the Alderman Moore for suposedly taking credit for kenmore plaza. Why are you being such a hypocrite now and not ever mentioning him or the 49th ward when discussing RogersEdge? Especially since the project you mentioned (retail supporting affordable housing) is entirely in the 49th ward. Here ya go, from the Lakeshore Community Partners website -

"As part of the initiative, leaders from Loyola and the community, including neighborhood aldermen Joe Moore and Harry Osterman, have identified and are committing to four immediate priority areas: Partners for Health, Partners for Business, Partners for Education, and Partners for Safety."

I wish we had more clothing retail boutiques so we won't have to trek downtown for it. Yes I know there is online shopping but still.
