The Buddy Bench at Ellsworth Elementary School, 145 N. Sleight St., will be dedicated at 3:30 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 20.

The concerts will take place from 5 to 10 p.m. Friday and Saturday nights on June 15 and 16, July 20 and 21 and Aug. 17 and 18 at Naper Settlement, 523 S. Webster St.

Both countdowns are free and take place at the base of the Millennium Carillon in Moser Tower, 443 Aurora Ave.

    Naperville is seeking individuals to apply to work as enumerators, crew leaders and clerical staff in the partial special census being conducted in early 2018. Applicant testing begins this week. Count down to the New Year twice at Naperville's carillon

The park district's annual Countdown at the Carillon will feature both an Early Family Countdown at 6 p.m. and the Traditional Countdown at midnight. Both events take place at the base of the carillon along the Riverwalk, 443 Aurora Ave.

Man exposed himself to teen near Naperville Central High School: police

The victim told officers she was in a parking lot adjacent to Rotary Hill in the 400 block of Aurora Avenue about 4:30 p.m. when a man exposed his genitals to her and then drove away from the scene, Naperville police Cmdr. Lou Cammiso said in a news release.
