I'm looking for a pizza place to take my son's sports team (10-15 kids) in the Lincoln Square/North Center or surrounding area. Lots af parent drivers so nearby parking is a must. Liquor license or byob a plus. Looking for a spot that can handle us. I've come up with Pete's Pizza and Big Bricks but am curious what people think of these and what other places you may come up with. Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

ORD Pizza on Montrose is quite good. Jimmy's (on Foster/Lincoln) is excellent as well.

Michael's Pizza on Broadway in Buena Park. The pizza is delicious & they're very family & child friendly. & their prices are great!!

  • Have had good experiences at Pete's on Western with large groups. Parking lot on site. Restaurant accommodates large groups in the back area. Full bar. Good pizza.

  • Golden Crust!

  • Jaz Northcenter Mom

Pi-Hi Cafe on Western and Addison...they have really great pizza!

  • Nick-G Lakewood-Balmoral since the Millennium

Pete's Pizza is huge and should have no problem accommodating you.

  • I took my son's teams to Big Bricks on Lincoln - parking lot across the street and Pete's Pizza on Western - parking on site. Both places plenty big and mighty accommodating for large group of kids.

  • SBloom architect, 26 years north side

If your event is on a Thursday-Sunday, I recommend Borelli's at 2124 W Lawrence Ave. I have ate there with large groups of kids and there is a free game room in the back. The pizza is delicious and they are BYOB. There is plenty of available metered parking spots on Lawrence Avenue.

  • Calos on clark just north of foster. They also have parking. A little further is La Villa on pulaski just north of addison . They have parking and were on chicagos best for family resturants. bon apetite

  • Marie's Pizza at 4100 W Lawrence. (Lawrence & Kedvale). They were also featured on WGN's Chicago's Best.

  • Craig LincSquare93

I recommend Pete's Pizza. They have a lot of parking and a huge restaurant. Liquor is available for adults. I see a lot of youth groups and students from nearby high schools in there, too.

  • I second Borelli's.

  • Chicago's Pizza on Montrose is always dependable and good, and has room for groups. Pete's Pizza has parking.

  • Marie's is better pizza, but Pete's will be better for your group.

Chicago's Pizza on Montrose is good. Chicago's Pizza on Lincoln has an upstairs private room, meter parking (free on sunday), and a full bar.

  • Not Golden Crust. I want to love that place cause I live two blocks away and I'm a craft beer head but the pizza isn't that good, the service is terrible, the prices don't justify either the food or service, they don't keep the tap lines clean, the beer fresh, or the list updated, and I've hear rumors about the sanitary aspects of the kitchen.

  • ORD is so good!!! great new addition to the neighborhood. Tano's on Irving park is good too.

  • John Morrison Photographer, writer, and traveler.

    I will definitely second ORD.

  • Wood fire pizza at Pi Hi cafe. Kids love it. No alcohol however. Seating for about 20

  • Sean D in Ravenswood On Hermitage near Wilson

ORD is great, but a small space so you might overrun it. Big Bricks' pizza is SO good: great crust and a smokey flavor from their oven that they use to smoke the meats. And they have a big space.

  • Borelli's Pizza- BYOB and it's really set up to entertain kids. They have a game room in the back of the restaurant and the pizza is super good. It's our go-to thin crust joint. But, please check them out- it's exactly what you're looking for! On Lawrence and Eastwood

  • Petes has different size pizza packages, comes with soda. Check their menu out

Neighborhood place with enough room for your size group and parking. I'd stick with Pete's . I've been there many times with large groups and always very happy with
