Nowadays, most Chicago libraries have a staff person dedicated to helping folks with computer problems. You are required to have a current library card and must make an appointment beforehand. I think each session with this person, who is called a cybernavigator, is up to an hour long. When you are arranging for your session, be sure to inquire if the cybernavigator can assist you with your FIRESTICK. I have met with the cybernavigator at Edgewater Library and found her to be knowledgeable, patient, and understanding. Good luck!
