Must remove.----walls behind the gas stoves with excessive grease. Must clean and maintain. | 38. Ventilation: rooms and equipment vented as required: plumbing: installed and maintained - comments: no ventilation inside the employee washroom. Must install. | 41. Premises maintained free of litter, unnecessary articles, cleaning equipment properly stored - comments: all construction material in womans washroom storage closet must be removed. All unnecessary article stored throughout the rear storage room must be removed and all other items stored organized, elevated 6' from the floors and walls.
