Hands washed and cleaned, good hygienic practices; no bare hand contact with ready-to-eat foods. - comments: poor hygienic practices.observed cook by the prep cooler in the kitchen using personal phone,after short conversion put down phone and grabbed order received,proceeded by grabbing two cooked bacon and put them on top the flat grill. No hand washing prior to handle food,no gloves or tongs.hand washing procedure given to employee.no visual gloves on site.after certified manager arrived provided gloves stored inside the unused oven.must provide and availability of gloves for employee to use.

Exposed hand sink by the high temp dish machine with a red bucket with water and wiping cloth,the other exposed sink by the rear cooking equipment with a large plastic bottle filled with water. Personally removed items mentioned and instructed cook to have all exposed hand sinks available for hand washing.
