Please read letters 5-8 of Senecas Letters on Ethics - it doesnt matter which translation you read, several are available.

Well discuss the letters with a book-club approach. As you read, ask:

1. What is Seneca advising here?
2. What practice is he recommending?
3. How can I apply this to my life, my situations?

PRACTICES/HABITS: Which of Senecas recommended practices (from previous letters) have you started using in your daily life? How has this affected your interactions with others at home, socially, at work?
