Despite having shots fired technology, cameras, a large workforce Police are unable to solve murders (and aother crimes) at a reasonable rate3. 80% of the time no one is caught.

What do residents have to do to curb the Blue Flu a chronic form of police misconduct?
There is lots of false bravado about "what a great job" police do...but numbers say otherwise.

The Community Relations Strategy,Community Concerns and City Services, and SDSC Directives are NOT followed. This is a major problem as those Directives are geared to protect help neighborhoods plagued by violence, murder, high crime. Nobody holds CPD Commanders accountable for failure to follow a Police Directive.

Get copy of the Directives and see what you are entitled to officially!
