Does anyone know what happened? I saw about 10-15 police cars around 8:30am.

DianeW,Did you see what house or side of these the police grabbed these "honor students"?

  • DianeW just nosey

No, I did not see the "honor students" or the car or anything.

I just drove past and noticed police cars everywhere so I didn't want to interfere with whatever was happening so I turned right and kept driving.

Glad they were caught and the kids in the car are safe.

I'm not condoning car theft, but what prompts a newspaper delivery guy to bring two kids, ages 1 and 4 with to deliver papers? The cops should charge him with endangering the life of his children!

  • PennyPenguin Chillin' out on EB

He's trying the best he can to make money and watch his kids. The kids were likely alone for two seconds while he threw a paper on a person's steps.

    Hindsight is 20-20

@ PennyPenguin That may have been acceptable 20 years ago, but with today's crime, you don't leave a child alone in a car for a nanosecond, much less leave a car running. If you have kids or grandkids, don't leave them alone in a running vehicle! It's stupid.

brushman i apologize but you are being a very over dramatic liberal

@s I just hope you have no access to children.
