Did anybody get some water in their basement after last nights rain? It looks like the water came in to our basement through the wall in 3 spots... did anyone have the same problem? Does anyone have someone they can recommend and give me a ballpark idea of how mich it would cost to fix?

Hi. I'm located in the area. I would be able to help you. If you have a seepage, it means you have a foundation cracks. I do polyurethane high pressure injections to fix that problem. I give10 years of warranty on every crack. My fee is $275 per each crack including labor and materials. If there is no access to the crack, meaning I have to cut out drywall or paneling I will have to charge you additional 50. I do not put back drywall or paneling back. My number 7735172390. You can either call or text me.

  • 2 years ago we had seepage with some of the bigger storms. We called US Waterproofing and they patched 3 cracks in our foundation. They were very quick but the price was around $1200. They also had to break through a piece of the sidewalk which they corrected as well. It also helps if you maintain your gutters so that water does not spill over the sides of the house.

  • Thank you Brian.. I spoke to Mark that posted to my thread, he is in the area and he will be available to come out tomorrow... from what I see his pricing is the best and unbeatable... I called all over to get pricing and was shocked by the price with some companies..

  • Let us know how it works out! In case others have the same issue.

  • I highly recommend US Waterproofing. They have a lifetime warranty and is transferable to new owner should you sell your home.

  • I also used us waterproofing in my former residence. They had to seal the whole foundation and some cracks. It was transferrable to the current owners.
Done in a few days including concrete cutting and new concrete. The sealant is awful smelling but if its just a few cracks try Mark as us waterproofing can be quite a chunk of money if it's just a few cracks. I also agree with keeping your gutters and downspouts clean and maintained. Your downspouts should drain away from the property not into the property system.

  • Hello everyone, I know that some of you were interested in this topic. I was waiting to see if with more rain everything will be fine and not even one drop after Mark came out to fix the cracks in our basement. Flat fee of $275 per crack (which was wayyyyyy less than other companies that I called.) He came out quickly and did the work professionally the same day! We are very happy with his work, glad that he's right in the area so he could come out right away. So here's his info as I recommend him 100% Mark 773-517-2390

  • Thank you.
