Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) Proposed for 3200 N. Southport Avenue

From West Lakeview Neighbors, next Monday there is a meeting at Butcher's Tap to discuss a new TOD development at 3200 N. Southport Avenue, former home to Flat Top Grill. This corner has been vacant for quite some time, and many businesses have come and gone through the years (Burger Boss, Knitter's Niche, Flat Top to name a few).
