What do you love about your neighborhood?
I love the people of my neighborhood, there are so many kind caring residents. The conservatory, parks, and boulevards are the reason I purchased a home here. 290 it takes me where I need to go.

I make my living gardening. I garden at home, and believe that it improves the quality of our neighborhood. I constantly call 311 and the alderman's office asking for city services.

Break InsOn Saturday afternoon, my tenant was having her phone repaired by Att. The van window was smashed and stuff taken. Att could not finish the job, they rescheduled for today, the window was again smashed and stuff taken. Twice right in front of my home.
