    what I meant by "now open" is that the landlord appeared to be keeping the space un-rented - most likely during the bankruptcy hearings to see if they would be getting any of the unpaid rent. My guess is the rent was done as a lump sum payable in monthly...

My guess is the rent was done as a lump sum payable in monthly installments - that can help to get your money owed when a commercial tenant leaves - but in these kinds of situations smaller debts go unpaid and by the sounds of it most of their debt went unpaid.

    Looks like Bake 425 isn't coming to Andersonville either - so basically they bought some intellectual property and kept any would be competitors from purchasing what was left of the company.... ?
