Does anyone know anything about the Jewel that is suppose to be built on clark and division and if so, when?

    I don't know what the rules are at CHA seniors buildings but I know other private ones that allow the resident's adult child to live there to tend to the senior tenant. It is likely the adult-child with the fancy car. My experience is that the adult child moves on quickly once the parent is no longer with us.
