Parking lot on State & Goethe?

Does anyone know what happened to the parking lot on the south west corner of State & Goethe? It's closed but I heard nothing & there are no signs posted.

  • Ward Kelly Snowboard Owner

They are breaking up the parking lot this morning. It broke ground today. I really hope they are restricted to 4 stories and the fence line. We don't need another condo building in the area. My question, where the hell is anyone going to park for the local restaurants on Division/Rush?

  • How can we find out what the plans are? They can't go against the zoning laws without petitioning for it & I haven't seen anything
