Homeless panhandling INSIDE Jewel-Roosevelt & Wabash

For the second time while shopping, I've been accosted by a (what's PC now? - homeless? wino? hobo? deranged?) person while shopping at the Roosevelt & Wabash Jewel. Yes, INSIDE. At the fish counter. For the second time while shopping, I've been accosted by a (what's PC now? - homeless? wino? hobo? deranged?) person while shopping at the Roosevelt & Wabash Jewel. Yes, INSIDE. At the fish counter. With two Jewel employees watching on, and doing nothing. I know there are security guards at this store, but they're outside.

And they seem not to be doing a bang-up job outside, either. . . .this photo is a couple weeks ago. With a person camped out (at least two hours by my watch) under the watchful eye of security, what's next?

The store manager has been refusing to see me - he sent an assistant, "Hollie", to listen to my gripe but his disinterest was palpable.

With the Dominicks now under Jewel control, what are walkers supposed to do? Jewel is a hideous company, with pricing policies ($3 each if you buy ten!) designed for suburbanites, not city apartment dwellers.
