I work all throughout the Gold Coast on Mondays, and have alot of curiosity about what to expect next week while NATO is in session. I am developing a fairly good picture of what the situation is likely to be... access to roads and possibly hard-to-find parking is most likely OK... in terms of residential access, possibly not, based on blanket policies. I will call the 3 buildings that could affect me in this way and ask what to expect. Also, chaos and widespread insanity could create worse conditions, but there is no way to know ahead of time. This was my first experience with Every Block and I am impressed, and grateful... :-) Hope you all sail through with no disruptions to your lovely world!
Beginning late afternoon on Monday we are to expect massive numbers of motorcades etc heading out to O'Hare. The Summit ends at 2:00 and many people are leaving right away. So definitely avoid major roads etc leading from downtown to the airport during that time.
