Mitchell: Disrespect on street also present in Rhymefest’s run-in

...This isn’t just police officers. Go to the DMV at 95th and King. It is the same thing. It is unprofessionalism. If someone is sitting at a desk...

Mitchell: Disrespect on street also present in Rhymefest's run-in
Follow @MaryMitchellCST Rapper Che "Rhymefest" Smith's run-in at a Chicago Police station fits a troubling pattern. Although Rhymefest didn't make race the issue, the Chicago Police officers he claims mistreated him when he tried to report being robbed at gunpoint were black females. That's unfortunate.

The US Justice department has a lot to do with the start of broken homes but its the new illicit designer drugs that 1) re-programs the brain making the user crave the drugs more and more 2) puts functions like reasoning on the back burner thus there is no hierarchy of responsibility...e.g. defend for the drug comes first including money to buy the drug before care of loved ones 3) Seek the quickest and easiest way to get the drug. ...The drug user knows if he were to kill his supplier, then his flow of the drug may be disrupted, so part of the job is to protect the pusherman even from law enforcement and competition. Firing a gun is the quickest way to dispose of someone though never having had gun range training on how to properly handle a firearm 4) Blacks tend to have less money so petty crimes even brazen ones like a smash and grabs at the Gucci store on Michigan Ave will only last these addicts for a few weeks at most before needing more cash or goods to barter for more drug.
-At one time there were mental hospitals and people showing emotional and mental health problems would go. However in the past ten years they have all been closed and the mentally ill i.e. even those with anti-social and schizophrenic behavior are being locked up with the masses in county jails and prisons.

I believe that part of Obama Care should be mandatory brain scans for all Americans (even undocumented ones) and that should start with all jail inmates then moving on to school children 7th grade and up.
-Why? todays digital scanning imagery can locate areas of the brain with diminished or increased activity. Drug users will show an area of the brain with little cognitive activity and those people will be an enhanced risk for violent crime.
Persons without brain abnormalities may be imprisoned for their crimes and those that posses abnormal brain scans should receive meds and be weaned off the drug if its possible.

Brain Scans are a better way to fight crime! (Must Read pt.3)

-We can assume we need Jesus, God, more prayers more donations, more police, more jobs and more money in the community but the root of the problem is drug abuse.
