Englewoof Support for Southside Dog Parks

Dear Fellow Englewoof Puparents,

I'm reaching out to you in hopes we can connect and give support to one another in creating and maintaining safe and fun environments for our furkids to play, exercise and socialize.

There are currently three such places in Woodlawn aka 'Wooflawn' :
Jackson Bark (Road Hazards Agility Course), Wagsworth and Woofington.

Community Mural Project

City Incite's young adults completed a community mural project over the summer to inspire positivity throughout the community. The project was a partnership with Imagine Englewood IF and sponsored by DFSS! One of the murals can be found in the community garden at Nicholson Technology Academy and the other two can be found at Paul Robeson High School in the lunch room!

No bail for teen accused of sexually assaulting CSU student

Cook County Judge Peggy Chiampas said “that, and that alone,” justified holding Parks without bail. He was charged as an adult with aggravated criminal sexual assault, aggravated kidnapping and armed robbery. Police arrested him Friday night in the 7300 block of South Laflin, records show.
