Mount Greenwood Elementary School To Get 6-Classroom, $3 Million Expansion

Down the road, O'Shea said he'd like to add capacity to the Chicago High School for Agricultural Sciences. The additional classrooms would be used to launch a seventh- and eighth-grade feeder program at the specialty high school at 3857 W. 111th St. in Mount Greenwood.

The six additional classrooms will be built on the northwest corner of the school at 10841 S. Homan Ave. The addition is expected to open in time for the 2015-2016 year.

A similar modular addition was built last summer at Cassell. That $3.5 million project added eight classrooms and a playground at 11314 S. Spaulding Ave.

Chicago Investigator Looking For A Rental Due To My Absurdly Loud Downstairs Neighbors!!

I have been born and raised the Mount Greenwood and/or the Beverly area. I have had no intentions to move elsewhere up until now due to my arrogant downstairs neighbors who are drunks with kids, whom they scream at and other questionable parenting discipline techniques. The parents are constantly drunk and have random people come over the weekdays (at least 3 times; Mon-Fri) and party until anywhere from 3 a.m.-7 a.m. Then on weekends it's just a free for all circus. I've went to my landlord to complain once without any change, I refuse to call the police because I know they have more severe issues they are responding to, and have went directly to the neighbors numerous times in which they say sorry and that they'll stop, and then they don't. Being an investigator I have extremely crazy hours, in which I have adapted to and understand that my sleeping time conflicts with everyday/evening active/peak hours for people who work the 9-5. But when I am going off of 3 hours of sleep (if that) a day and have to work under those conditions, it puts me in danger to say the least. So I have officially given up hope for my current apartment, which I love(d) and am in desperate need of finding a new rental in the area. I live alone and prefer a 2 bedroom. That is literally all I am looking for. If anyone knows someone who knows someone who knows someone that is currently looking for a new tenant or will soon be looking for a new tenant, PLEASE message me! Also if you know of a different source of looking at rentals besides zillow, trulia, hotpads, craigslist, please let me know! Any advice given will be greatly appreciated! Thanks so much, and hope your 2015 is amazing!
