| Details | LOCATION: Kingston between South Chicago and 89th PERMISSION TO: Close Kingston to all vehicular and pedestrian traffic between South Chicago and 89th to sandblast and paint the underside of the Skyway bridge structure. All traffic can use either 87th or Colfax as a detour around the closure. Work vehicles and equipment including dust collectors, lifts, compressors, tarps, vacuum systems, etc. will be located within the closure throughout the project.
