CW1 met with agents at the briefing location. An audio recording device was placed on CW1. CW1 was given $150 of prerecorded government funds. CW1 drove in CW1’s vehicle followed by agents to the meeting location, the entrance to the Payless Shoe Store located at 160 North LaSalle Street in Chicago.
