The dead teen was identified as Timothy Pittman, 19, whose last known address was the 900 block of West Lakeside Place. Police said that Pittman had died by the time they arrived on the scene.

Philip Mathew, owner of Asha Foods at 4826 N. Sheridan Road, said he heard at least nine gunshots. "I came out and (Pittman) was laying down. I called the police," Mathew said.
