    Cesar Camayo, 22, of the 4700 block of South Throop Street, was indicted on a felony charge of aggravated discharge of a firearm to an occupied vehicle, according to Cook County State's Attorney's office spokeswoman Tandra Simonton. He will be arraigned Feb. 22.

    Sunday at 7:30 p.m. the 25-year-old victim was driving a sport-utility vehicle northbound on Wallace Street when Sulk and Boyd approached on foot and allegedly fired into the SUV, striking the victim twice in the lower left leg on the 4100 block of South Wallace Street, the sergeant said.
