Man Sues Over Beloved German Shepherd's Death
In 2006, Rock Builders, Inc. started tearing down and rebuilding a structure at 1735 W. Julian. The suit claims during the construction, workers damaged Jablonoski's roof, gutters, landscaping and trees. The workers also dumped garbage and "chunks of concrete" in his yard, the suit says.
