Police Nab Home Invasion Suspect After Cab Robbery
The husband woke up and tried to chase him but he got away and fled in a taxi. When he tried to use the credit card to pay for the fare in the 2600 block of West Chicago Avenue about 2:15 a.m. the driver got suspicious because the card had a woman's name on it, according to the sergeant.

Power was shut off to the tracks in the area of the incident and according to the CTA's Web site. CTA spokeswoman Catherine Hosinski said power has been removed on the southbound tracks between the Grand and Racine stations.
