Two people were killed and another was badly injured when a car reportedly slammed into a tow truck on the Dan Ryan Expy. Friday afternoon. The accident just before 3:30 p.m. in the northbound express lanes at 55th Street killed Antonio Campbell, 33, and Deborah Campbell, 52, both of the 10100 block of South Hoxie, authorities said.
